Case Vecchie Breadcamp is your chance to spend a week in the Sicilian countryside with a crazy group of fellow gluten-lovers. We’ll cook together and sip Sicilian wine while experimenting and sharing bread baking techniques using local flours, sourdough starters, ancient grains, and a wood-fired oven.
