“Any tuned in traveler knows that when you go to Sicily, at least half of the journey while you are there is about the food!  If you want to supercharge your experience in Palermo, I highly recommend a walking tour of the local markets by The one and only Cheeky Chef, Linda Sarris! 

Right from the start, Linda made us feel welcomed and wowed us with her breadth of knowledge about Italy, Sicily, local food and the culture at large. She is smart, entertaining, and generous as she takes you down windy streets and into the deeper regions of the Ballarò market itself, where everything that is anything is happening in the way of Sicilian Food!  She knows many of the vendors selling their stuff as well, so you get a little inside view of not only the food (which is diverse, incredibly delicious, and plentiful) but also of the people, culture, and local vibe of what makes that city run!  Linda also customizes the experience to fit your needs which was really great for my wife and I!
